Really enjoyed working with Nick Chambers to purchase my 2nd home. This agent not only helped me sell my property, that was impossible to obtain financing on, but was able to sell it above list and appraisal value and find a lending option for the buyer through an unconventional way to get the transaction completed and everyone happy.
