I've worked with Nick for over 16+ years. I first met Nick while looking for rentals in the city. He was my first agent. Since that meeting he's been my only agent. He helped me with many rentals, then the first condo I purchased, and now a new home. I put a lot of faith and trust in Nick. He knows when he sees a good deal and he's warned us about bad deals. I value his advice while looking at new properties. We had issues while looking at homes where Nick's expertise helped us out of what felt like a deals that were too good to be true. Over the years we've also become good friends. He's offered me advice not only on buying homes, home repairs, and upkeep, but also my small business. Nick really cares about who he's working with and if you're lucky, like I am, at the end of your business dealings you'll have found a new friend.
