I have had the pleasure of working with Nick Libert on two separate occasions. First, he was a former customer of mine and then choosing Nick to sell my condo. I have worked with the top brokerages across the country in a previous job. When it came to picking a realtor, I had the upper hand in knowing what brokerage/realtor knew the market, but demanded excellence when representing a listing online. The condo was a bit quirky but Nick knew exactly how to market the property from marketing (photographs, online presence, write-up) to pricing it right within the market. I had non-stop showings and an offer within days. Nick and his incredible team (shout out to Tabren) were their to lead the way during the entire process. I only have one regret … I did not contact Nick prior to listing!. Nick knew what would create value and what to leave “as is” and solid advice. Jolyn Was incredible she managed everything about the sale. I was out of the country for the entire event. She meet with the debris removal people, the cleaning service and went beyond the call of duty to help me keep the process going. The property was a fixer upper and she had a lot of contacts to get it sold. She got more than the asking price. I was extremely happy with the experience

We wanted to sell our condo in the heart of the city during Covid when there were many restrictions. We had a couple other agents come to our unit and gave us a lowball price of what our unit should be listed for due to the buyers market at the time. Nick was the third agent to come and assess our property. He acknowledged the beauty of our unit, and listed our unit at well above what the other agents recommended. We were NOT obligated to sign a contract that locked us in for months. In fact, Nick informed us we can cancel his service at anytime. Once we agreed that Nick would be our agent he went to work in full force to market our property. Our unit was listed on virtually every media site. Not only with the amazing professional pictures that were taken, but with a virtual tour as well. I believe that because of Nick our condo sold, and in record time.
