First time buyer here! We began this insane Journey during spring 2022 when the housing was bananas. What a headache! But Mikaela was willing to do what it took to get us in a home. She drove over an hour many times, without complaint to show a house. She’s extremely professional, hard working, knowledgeable and just a nice person to be around. I met many other realtors in this process and was often stunned at some of their performance and interactions with their clients. Mikaela is far above average! I've sold other homes with Mikaela and I have always told her NO to suggestions she had to help the home sell faster and at a higher price. I always thought, my homes were amazing and they would sell at a good price. For this go around, since she has done a good job for me in the past, I simply told her to do anything she wanted to make the home look the best. This included staging the home, cleaning the home, paying for landscaping, paying for professional photos, etc. Within a week, the house looked like it came out of a magazine and now I understand why she has always recommended these services I thought were not worth my money. At the end, the home sold for more than I expected and sold within days. I highly recommend Mikaela. She knows what is important to me and I value that in people I work with.

We hired Mikaela to find the perfect place for us in a crazy realistate market where homes were selling before or just a few days after they hit the market and most of the houses were being sold for above list price. We needed someone with a lot of local market knowledge, always available, great with doing research in a short period of time, fantastic organization and follow up skills. We needed to see the right houses immediately as they became available. We needed to find the right house and also close within 30 days as the lease for the current house was coming due. Mikaela rose to the occassion with constant communication, the right tools to do research and comparisons, and drive/followthru to get to done. I am happy to say that even though we had to put several offers on the table, we found the perfect place with in our timeframe, closed on time and the whole process was smooth and seamless.
