It was our first home buying experience, Mikaela is absolutely amazing. Recently had to sell my property through a bit of a rough period in my life, and Mikaela made the process much easier to deal with. She provided me with reliable guidance to help prepare the property for market and also provided an excellent staging service that really helped to improve the appeal of the property since all of the furnishings had been removed. She provided advice and help through each step of the process, from the listing price, to figuring out which offer to accept, and was on top of all of the documentation and deadlines so that nothing was missed. We had an accelerated closing, and Mikaela was integral in helping make that process go smoothly. She provided regular updates and responded quickly to my questions, and I never had to worry that something would be missed as she was on top of everything. I went online and requested a Christian realtor. They sent my information to Mikaela Rojas and she called me. From that first phone conversation I knew The Lord had sent me a beautiful Christian soul that would help me to the end. The NCDOT kicked me off my land after almost 30 years because they needed it for highway 540. It was a devastating and heartbreaking time in my life. Mikaela worked diligently and tirelessly to find me a wonderful home which made the move much less painful. She helped me find all the right people to prepare and repair the new home. She accepted my eccentricities and never said an unkind word. She stayed right with me through closing and beyond. She continues to help me and is always there to answer questions even now. I not only found a wonderful realtor but a lifelong friend. She even made me the best strawberry shortcake you’ll ever eat. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and Mikaela is the best I have ever used. When you look for a realtor, you want them to be smart, determined, responsive, detailed, and kind. She is all those things and more. She even found an error on our closing disclosure form that saved me a few dollars. I am usually the one to find such errors. Mikaela got us a solid offer in less than a week from listing. This was after a prior listing agent had one showing in a year. Mikaela had great attention to detail and made sure the pictures were excellent by staging the house. She made it look so good I almost didn't want to sell it. I am very grateful for meeting her many months before and selecting her as my agent. I would still be sitting on that house if not for her.
