Fred demonstrated complete command of the market as well as current issues surrounding the purchase of land/acreage. He made what could have been a negative experience into a positive. 1st selling a house
This was my 1st time selling a house and David was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. He walked me through the entire process and was patient and kind. During the process I had moved to another city and he kept me informed on a daily basis. Communication was always open and he is great in getting you a prompt response. Even after the sale of my home he was helpful with getting the needed paperwork together and sent to the different companies for utility, HOA, and insurance in order to close various acct I had regarding the house. He is very knowledgeable in the field and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family looking to buy or sell a home!

Emily helped us sell our house quickly because of her marketing skills, great negotiation practices and knowledge of properties. Emily also has a tremendous knowledge of construction and building. She took extensive time to understand the home and all it's features allowing her to make an awesome presentation to market. The house went under contract in 3 days with 3 offers above asking price. We already have agreed to have Emily help us with our next home. My 81 year old mother addores her as well.

We listed our home with his office. Between jaret and the agent we listed with the communication was extremely poor almost non existent. No advertising for a open house, no returned phone calls, after after my wife made a comment that " obviously you have no desire to continue to work with us in selling our home . would you be agreeable to part ways at this point?" his response was " he and i are co listing agents didnt think there was an issue but if you want out that is understood" that was the last communication via text with him and the next thing i find is that the 4-sale signs are off the property and the mls is removed. If i could give negative stars i would
