Tonya was so patient I worked with her for almost 2 yrs before I found my condo. She worked meticulously to meet my every requirement on exactly what I wanted. I’m a long haul truck driver and can’t always get to town to see a listing so she literally would schedule a showing and FaceTime me so I could see the house or condo. She spent countless nights up on the phone with me at 10:00 or 11:00 pm (because I work nights and sleep during the day). She was never to busy to answer my call or at least acknowledge it with a text message. Tonya is by far the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with….

If every sales person was like Wendy, what a wonderful world this would be. Wendy not only went over the top helping me sell my house she went beyond the top. She helped me find another house also. I feel that EXIT Realty is blessed to have Wendy as an agent. She is caring, thoughtful, helpful, kind, and on top of all that she is a faithful Christian. Jaime reacted well to selling problems and communicated well. Above and beyond to facilitate closing issues. However, in hindsight, given the hot market, I think a lost month in a “coming soon” status after we moved was not needed. Also, I think better proactive vetting of the first failed buyer and advice on his condition and VA loan status may have saved wasting a lot of time
