We knew that Jaime was very familiar with the entire area and the uniqueness of our home and street. This was extremely important in selecting an agent. We knew there would be many people who were just curious about our home, but Jaime always brought qualified buyers to the table. She really took the time to explain to us what to expect. It's not every day that you put your home on the market, so having someone to walk us thru the process was a great comfort. Jaime assisted us with preparing our home for the market and for each and every showing. Since my wife works from home, Jaime was always courteous with advance notice on showings and was considerate in working around days we for some reason could not have a showing.
