If you are looking to purchase a home in central Florida, Julie is the realtor for you. My husband and I live in Ohio and visited Florida to buy. Julie spent days with us showing homes with our "must haves". We found our new home in Florida. While showing homes, Julie pointed out not just the positive, but the possible problems she saw. She is understanding, smart, funny, trustworthy and knows the business. We were thrilled and appreciative in having her ad our realtor.

I believe Julie to be a remarkably excellent realtor and a person of integrity. She is both knowledgeable and forthcoming with the nuances of purchasing Florida real estate, including but not limited to market values, construction concerns, legalities, and relevant local information. She proved to have integrity, patience, and a sense of humor. She went beyond the level of effort I have experienced with other agents. I believe Julie to be conscientious, enthusiastic, and personable. She would make an excellent listing agent. She actually had more information regarding the house which I purchased than did the listing realtor. I would suggest viewing a property shown by a prospective realtor before you list with them. Simply answering your questions is not salesmanship. I highly recommend Julie as your agent in either capacity.

Julie was absolutely amazing! We came from New York for five days to view homes, and not only did Julie clear her week for us, she took us through Marion and Citrus Counties with viewings every day! She was informative about the areas and guided us in making some decisions based on what we were looking for. She has been a wonderful realtor, and we just closed on our beautiful dream home thanks to her! I highly recommend her! Thanks so much Julie for all that you did for us!

When we first met with Alice, the only thing we knew for sure was that we wanted to purchase a property in the Citrus County area... That was it, we didn't give her much to go on, but through many meetings, conversations and with Alice's assistance and patience, we were able to find and purchase the absolutely perfect place for us! We would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking for a great realtor in the area. She goes above and beyond to care for her clients! Thanks fir everything Alice!

When making one of the biggest purchases of your life you want someone who is patient, professional and dedicated to you. Julie was all those things for my family in buying our first home. She gave guidance when asked and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.
