Julie was superb. People said no way are you going to get that price for your house. Well I have Julie and she takes the best pictures and is very knowledgeable. She knows people and what they like and is able to make the house speak to them!!! She is so awesome that when we moved to Orlando and decided that traffic was not for us, I called Julie. She took the best pictures with the drone and camera that we sold it right away.. I would only use Julie if I want to sell again, or buy.. There is no pressure with her.

Cristine was amazing. We listed our house with Christine and had an offer for the FULL ASKING PRICE within 4 days. She was great. Then we also used Christine to help us find our new home. She really understood what we were looking for and she found the PERFECT place for us quickly and helped us work through all of the challenges that purchasing a new home can bring. Julie Rubacha was very easy to work with. Not only is she an attentive agent but also a professional photographer. Prior to listing our house for sale, Julie went over several pricing options, explaining the pros and cons about over/under priced listings. She also spent many hours over 2 days taking, the most beautiful, pictures and videos of our home. She listed our house on Friday, hosted an open house on Saturday and had multiple offers for us on Sunday. After a little back and forth between the agents we accepted an offer, above list. She was even available to us, while out of the country on vacation. We would, (and have,) highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
