Personable and knowledgeable

I appreciate that Lindsay wanted me to be "comfy" all through the process. It's stressful being a first time homebuyer, and she always helped me stay calm. At the same time, she wasn't afraid to warn me of red flags and concerns, even when I loved a house. I ended up buying a place that was more perfect than I hoped for only a little over my ideal budget - and even then, we arranged the numbers to keep it in line for what I can afford.
