•I feel extremely fortunate Eric Sater was my realtor . A year ago, I was looking into purchasing a property, however it wasn't the right time for me. He answered my texts and calls in a professional way, and was always caring and compassionate to my situation. If any fires came up, Eric put them out, and we carried on! Eric kept me updated, and never hesitated to explain things where they were understandable! Eric and his wife are my new Florida friends, and I am very happy!
