I feel extremely fortunate Eric Sater was my realtor . A year ago, I was looking into purchasing a property, however it wasn't the right time for me. This year, my luck changed, and I was able to go forward with an awesome purchase in Shadowbrook Community. I am forever grateful Eric was the one who answered my call, because it was a wonderful experience to be represented by Eric. Eric was always there for me. He answered my texts and calls in a professional way, and was always caring and compassionate to my situation. If any fires came up, Eric put them out, and we carried on! Eric kept me updated, and never hesitated to explain things where they were understandable! Eric and his wife are my new Florida friends, and I am very happy!
