About Rhonda

My husband and I relocated to Southwest FL from West Virginia to be with family. I have over 35 years’ experience in real estate with negotiation skills necessary to provide a streamlined transaction for each client I represent. I have assembled a team "Family First" which includes my husband, sister, and two nieces. We are dedicated to taking care of all your real estate needs. Both my life and business experiences have given me a deep and rich understanding of the real estate profession. I have designations from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I previously served as President of my Regional Real Estate Board and served as Chairman on the Professional Standards Committee for many years. I love spending time with my husband and entertaining family and friends. I serve on the Board, Social Committee, and Beautification Committee of my community and have a devotion for exploring the paradise we call home. Determination and dedication are philosophies that I strive for in all aspects of my life. Applying these principles to my business has allowed me to be a member of the million-dollar club each year of my real estate career. Top Notch Agent!

Outstanding

Rhonda was a wonderful agent .. she always had our goals and needs at first hand .. she is a stickler for detail which I love and was on top of everything.. she went over and above not only as our agent but a friend and neighbor.. she was definitely a joy to work with and got us what we needed .. she has lots of knowledge about the area since she lives in punta gorda

Rhonda was Awesome!

Choosing Rhonda Hall as our Realtor was the best decision ever! We are not local so selling a property is a challenge when you are not around to deal with all the issues. Thankfully Rhonda represented us and did an did an unbelievable job. She went above and beyond our expectations and kept us informed throughout the entire process. If we have a need for a Realtor in the future, we will absolutely call Rhonda. Selling a home in unprecedented times....

Closing on a home with the buyers in one state and the sellers in another during COVID-19 was a first for Lisa and us, her clients. She did a masterful job of calming us down, looking out for our interests and working with the buyers' agent to make the deal happen. She was fantastic!
