Since the very first meeting with Ian, we found him very professional and responsive to our many questions. That is why closing the house was a sucess. During all the process, we would communicate with Ian and he will respond to us promptly. He also works very fast, he prepared the documentation needed very quickly, he gave us advices when we needed and from his expertise. The most I appreciated about Ian is his responding to our questions all times and also providing us additional resources for checking more options. It was really a pleasure to work with Ian and I recommend his services 100%. Thank you very much, Ian, for helping us buying our house.
