The market while we were shopping for houses was absolutely wild. Homes would list and sell within minutes of posting, values were often somewhat skewed, and inventory was very low. Eileen helped Jenn and I navigate this tumultuous market with aplomb. Further, she was exceptionally responsive and patient as we worked through figuring out exactly what we needed/wanted. Eileen was also very quick and thorough with all paperwork. We also felt like she always had OUR interests in mind as we entered negotiations. There was never a sense that she was willing to cut corners or rush us. Bottom line, would absolutely recommend Eileen to anyone buying or selling a home. We worked with Kristi and her team at Everything Pines to sell our home last year - I don't know if we could have found a better team to help us through the process. There are multiple reasons Everything Pines is already so highly reviewed. Kristi made sure we had our homework done before listing, stayed in contact with our out-of-state agent to align strategies, and guided us through what turned out to be a heartburn-inducing last week before closing. She made sure we came out on top, from listing to closing, and helped us find prompt, well-priced contractors to complete repairs. When we had questions about pricing, contracts, or anything, she had answers, no matter the time of day or night. We were especially thankful for her rapid, regular communication. Simultaneously selling and buying with a spouse in different states was possible, even easy, with Kristi's help. Sometimes she would call just to blow off some steam together.

We used Lisa Murphy to not only sell our home in Sanford but to build our golf front dream home in the Pinehurst area. We spoke with Lisa several times at new build locations and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sells, how long they typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from the city and in a neighborhood with other similar homes would be tough to sell but Lisa made the process incredibly easy. She took extra steps like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract in days after we put it on the market, far exceeding our expectations. We accepted and Lisa walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We've recommended Lisa Murphy to everyone we know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
