Lisa helped us relocate from an overseas posting to Southern Pines. She started searching for properties well before our arrival to the US, lining up a schedule of showings which fit our criteria. With Lisa’s expert guidance, we were able to find our new home in a single weekend! She helped us draft an offer, and once accepted, she took the lead managing all the components prior to closing day. This included connecting us with a reputable lender, closing attorney, and inspector; providing a concierge service to set up services; coordinating needed repairs with the builder; and conducting a white glove walkthrough before closing day. She did all of this while we were out of state. Lisa is extremely responsive and answers calls and texts immediately.
