I can’t say enough great things about Katie. She was the most helpful and involved realtor I’ve ever worked with. Most realtors I’ve worked with have only helped with the first and last step. Katie helped us every step of the way. She helped us with HOA approvals, utilities set up, working with mortgage loan office, etc.. she also traveled to our new home once a week while it was still being built and gave us construction updates.
