Michelle worked above and beyond!

Ten years ago, when we were first looking for a home in Emmett, a friend recommended Michelle. She was so great to work with at that time, that we returned to her for our most recent move. She was so helpful in getting us prepared for the sale of our home and finding a new home. She is knowledgeable about the market in our area, and understood what to do to attract buyers that were looking for what our property had to offer. She was tenacious in following up on every prospective buyer who came to view or property, and good about keeping us informed about just what people were most impressed with, and which things were least favorable, so that we could address issues that were of possible concern. She advertised in multiple venues to attract attention to our property, and advised us of possible changes in asking price that could be made to keep in tune with changes in the market. We could always count on her to be honest and knowledgeable about each phase of the sales process, scheduling inspections and following up on those results. She was always “spot on” in negotiating the final details involved in closing the deal. She was on top of every aspect of both finding us a new home in the area, and working with the other realtors involved. Everyone who knows her has respect for her abilities as a realtor. We cannot thank her enough for “going the extra mile” for us. Being disabled myself, we had special needs to meet when looking for a new home. Michelle kept this in mind while helping us to find just the right home in a market with very few options that met our particular needs. We now have not just the right house, but the PERFECT home, and we love it!! Thank you Michelle!
