Estelle was both pleasant and very professional. We came to trust her judgement and insight during the sale process. Her communication was clear and concise throughout the negotiations. She guided us through the technology with the myriad documents which is tedious but not her fault. She had a wonderful fund of knowledge which was easily shared and explained. In the future, if needed, she will be our "go to" broker.

I can't say enough good things about Estelle Sullivan. We had a very difficult property to sell. She did research and found the right areas to put our land in.
