Estelle was faced with a lot of negatives with our sale but she didn’t give up. The timing for our listing was at a down time. I was having major health issues and was not very helpful. Great job all the way around! Solved multiple problems that a previous realtor had caused. Very trustworthy and direct......no-nonsense approach to everything. Kept me up to date on leads and options. Gave me final say in certain offers that looked promising, but had potential hidden negative aspects at the time. Overall, a very trustworthy hard working individual who will aggressively promote your property, and handle the details. Highly recommended.
