Anna Nixt is the best. I am very please with her work. Anna took care of every detail in a proper manner and was quick to response when we had questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with the entire buying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you Anna.

I loved Anna. She's a great realtor who helped me navigate the entire homebuying process. She also helped me with finding flooring, roof, appliance, gardener, and other people I might need for fixing various things around the house. She helped me look into houses that, while not right or in a neighborhood that was right for me, I was interested in at least seeing. She helped me find the right place for me. I highly recommend Anna!

Anna Nixt sold our home and helped us buy our dream home. She was excellent. This is our third house and she went above and beyond for us. It was a difficult purchase due to the nature of "for sale by owner." However, we couldn't have asked for home. She communicated with us every step of the way, offered suggestions and left room for us to make decisions. She did extensive research on the prices of comparable homes in the areas. She provided moving boxes for us, delivered and picked up. Her references for companies for the work done on our houses were fantastic! She was kind, helpful, funny, honest, easy to talk to, really a dream relator. I recommend her to all of my family and friends.

My experience with Anna was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient, transparent and efficient. She was always available in person, by phone and by email to promptly answer questions or schedule viewings no matter what time of the day or what day of the week. She has a team of experts to check out the properties so that no undisclosed problem will go undetected (and that saved us in one occasion ). She is hard working, always on time, warm and cheerful and she is a great negotiator. She's a straight shooter and respectful of people choices and their timing to reach a decision. We felt really comfortable with her both on a professional and personal level. She made the process of finding and buying a house in this difficult market so much easier and we always felt that we were in good hands. I highly recommend her and will certainly use her in the future.

I can't say enough great things about Anna. We met her when we thought we'd fallen in love with a house. We ended up with something completely different, but that is our beautiful home. Anna was always responsive, caring, and patient. She was so easy to get along with that we immediately recommended her to one of our friends who also used her to buy his home. We always felt like she had our best interest at heart. We never felt rushed, pressured, or judged. When we were getting discouraged over this going wonky, Anna was there to cheer us on. If (and when) we need to do it again, Anna will be the first person we call.

Anna did an amazing job assisting us with our home purchase. She is an excellent Agent with a great personality, who listens, communicates clearly, and truly cares about her clients. She has great expertise in her field and is easily accessible to meet her client’s needs. Over the months working with Anna, she became more of a family than an agent. She understood our family’s needs and guided us through each step. Our family was truly blessed to have a great agent like Anna to find us a beautiful home in a desired location. If you are looking for a great Agent, I highly recommend Anna Nixt.

We absolutely love Anna! She was so amazing throughout the process of buying our new home. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were getting into - Anna was supportive, patient, and super helpful. She guided us through every step of the process, making sure that we understood all the components, obligations, and options involved. Not only that, but she went to bat for us on so many occasions and really made sure that we got the best deal on every aspect of the purchase. I am not exaggerating when I say that we would not have been able to come close to making this happen without Anna - we are so lucky to have been able to work with her! We would recommend her without any reservations at all to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Superb realtor. Anna was flexible, proactive, and knowledgeable. She promptly addressed any issues and concerns and was a strong advocate for me as a first-time buyer. My husband just died and Anna helped me with the sale of the family house. She provided me with a schedule of things that had to be done and a time frame to do the work. Anna had two open house events and sold the house in less than a month. She sent me to Florida with enough money to buy a condo. I am very thankful that she was my agent.
