Anna was so knowledgeable about the neighborhood and was by us for every step of the process. I was the out of state owner of this home and it was not convenient for me to take care of the repairs/staging for selling. Carolyn spent tremendous amount of time helping us get a lot of repairs done, without my showing up at all. I can't imagine selling this home without her.
