Julie is an amazing agent and person. I have worked with her on multiple occasions and I'm regularly referring my friends and family to her. She always goes above and beyond, is always responsive and made each process as painless as possible. She got to know me and what I wanted/liked and through the search, she was great at suggesting places that fit that. In between buying homes, she went out of her way and helped find a short term rental that fit my unique needs at the time. I feel that she wants the best for her clients and it comes through in everything she does. She's honest, has integrity, and treats everyone with respect. In my most recent home sale, amidst COVID-19 and all of the additional steps needed to finalize, she made it happen and was in constant communication with me. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with her and how much I truly recommend her. I will never use anyone else, as long as I have a choice.

After understanding what I was looking for, Ken contacted me about the property I just purchased, to let me know it was a possibility and was not on the market, He quickly was able to get me access to the property and contacted the listing agent to see if there was an opportunity to submit a bid prior to releasing to the open market. He worked professionally and expeditiously to close a deal and get the purchase completed in less than 2 weeks. He did an outstanding job.

Ken is just fantastic. Not many realtors nowadays have the interest of their customers at heart first -they are more interested in just closing the deal. Ken is just the opposite. He fought hard to get us the best deal in a competitive Redondo Beach market. He spent hours with us going through the sale paperwork to be certain that we understood everything. He is also connected to some fantastic lenders and home inspection agents that do a thorough job.
