My wife & I just purchased a new construction townhome in Hermosa Beach. To say the least, Darren & Amanda did a phenomenal job! Darren quickly picked up on what we were looking for and showed us several good properties. From start to finish he was 100% on it. Great local knowledge and well connected within the real-estate community. Being that we our from out of the county and this was a new construction build yet to be completed, Darren stepped up and took control to make sure all "punch list items" were completed. He does a better job than most construction managers. We have way to many other great things to say about Darren & Amanda. I followed David's advice and ended up selling my late mother's house for far more than we had thought possible. He has extensive knowledge of the market in the South Bay, especially North Torrance. When the house needed work to be done to prepare it for the sale, he recommended quality plumbers, painters, termite guys, and photographers. All of whom David stayed on top of to make sure the work was done quickly and correctly and at a very good price. Additionally, when it came time to buy a new place he was able to wheel and deal and negotiate to get me into the place i really wanted. David is so friendly and engaging it feels like you're working with a family friend. I won't hesitate to contact David again for my real estate needs, or to recommend him to friends and family.

David did a great job handling the sale of my mother's house during a difficult time after her sudden death. I chose David based on word of mouth within my neighborhood and based on his knowledge of the South Bay market. Not only did David's sales strategy result in a sale way above what we had hoped for, he was able to help take care of all the "little" things to get ready for the sale. He put me in contact with high quality reasonably priced professionals to help with legal, plumbing, painting, and termite work. His pro photographer made this modest house look like a real hidden gem. Additionally he was able to wheel and deal when i purchased my condo. Helping put me into a place that really suited me. This guy actually seems to care about his clients well being, not just making sales. I will happily recommend his services to anyone i know who is selling or buying a home.

We just closed the deal for our new house through Darren. He is awesome in a number of ways, 1. Knowledgeable. He breathes South Bay, down to being able to drive you by memory through any street. Or knowing the exact (invisible) line that separates North Redondo from Hermosa Beach 2. Contractor intuition and experience. He has both built houses and sold them, and it shows. He can guide you with thoughtful advice regarding house refurbishments, from who to talk to how much it would likely cost 3. Even after closing, he has been devoting hours to helping us out, for example with remodeling 4. Genuinely nice and caring. Self-explanatory, but he goes out of his way to be helpful and provide a long-term relationship. When we decide to sell our house and look for our next purchase, Darren's name would be a no-brainer As good as it comes.
