The Best Experience Ever - I'd never sold a house in my life. Cheryl walked me through the whole process, step-by-step. She answered all my questions honestly. The house went on the market on Wednesday, 3 January 2024 and by Saturday, 6 January 2024 I received an offer. I accepted the offer and closed on Tuesday, 20 February 2024.

Cheryl did a great job selling our rental property! We had an offer the first weekend that we listed it "for sale"! She has a great feel for the local real estate market. Her response time is unbelievable, we felt like we were her only customer! That's a rare quality these days! We wished we had more homes to sell, we'd definitely would have Cheryl sell for us again!

We have sold and bought many homes over the years. For the past 13, we have used Kevin exclusively for every transaction. He is highly knowledgeable and unfailingly prompt with communication and progressing any answers to questions. He remains fully engaged in all aspects of the process and is always ALWAYS available to provide advice and his expertise. We can’t recommend him highly enough. The best-hands down.

Cheryl was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledge and her experience in the market was very helpful in the purchasing of my new home! I would recommend Cheryl if you are either buying or selling in the current market. Her professionalism and honesty were two things that stood out for me and I was beyond pleased with Cheryl and her ability to respond in a very timely manner with each and every question I had along the way!

We are so happy we went with Cheryl as our realtor! She was always there to answer any questions we had and made us feel comfortable doing so! She stayed in constant communication with us, frequently checking in to make sure everything was moving along. It was our first time going through this process, and Cheryl made it a very easy experience.
