Cheryl Yates is a knowledgeable, passionate, empathetic business woman. Knowledgeable - pleasant voice as she explained what happens when you sell a house. She guided me the procedures and explained what items I was responsible for and checked with me to make sure I was not having any issues getting my part done...very efficient. Passionate - She loves what she does and does it well. I liked that Cheryl was focused on me. I had anxiety attacks through almost every meeting we had and she was patient and assured me that everything would be alright. And she was right! Empathetic - Cheryl's focus was to do the best for me. She understood my hesitation about putting my house on the market and helped me understand it was the right thing to do because I can no longer live by myself. I know I made the correct decision and my sister agreed. She was with me through the process and said Cheryl was a wonderful person. Greg was really great with communication, very flexible and would meet us as soon as we found something we wanted to go look at. He was very professional and caring. When we first started looking, there was not much out there in our price range. We were not crazy about the idea of a townhome, until we went in and looked at a brand new one and it was in our price range and Greg agreed that that would probably be our best way to go. It took some time for them to build our home, but it was definitely worth the wait. We love our new home and our new community!!
