We first met Deana when we moved to the area in 2009. She was easy to work with and patient with us as we looked for the right house. When we needed to upsize in 2018, we immediately asked for her help in both the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Our house had an offer before the first weekend was done which hastened our need to find the next house. We could not find the house we wanted, but like a superhero, Deana swooped in and found the house that we eventually moved in to. It was perfect. Fast forward to 2021- we needed to move to a different state. Deana was the one we knew we were going to use for the sale of this last house (unfortunately, we knew she would not be able to come with us to KY). She, once again came through for us. Did her homework knowing homes comparable to our home and fair market price. Told us step by step of what would be happening and when.
