Kevin joined ERA Liberty Realty in 1995 and has since accomplished many goals and received many awards such as: Beyond Excellence, Leaders Circle and Top Producer's Club. Kevin is a full time dedicated agent with experience serving first time home buyers in Charles Town, Inwood, Martinsburg, Harpers Ferry, and the surrounding areas. traveling with his family.

I began my work career in the retail business in 1987 and it spanned until 2004. I managed operations ranging from 30 to 150 employees and sales volumes from 7M to 260M. I worked 3 years in outside sales before opening my own transportation business in 2007. I operated that business for 9 years before closing closing it at the end of 2015. I worked as a Marketing Director for local remediation company for a few months before obtaining my real estate license. My entire career has been built on building client relationships and I look forward to applying that to my Real Estate Career.

Focused on Commitment and Tough Market
Working with Cheryl Yates to sell my home was an absolute privilege. Selling a home in today’s market is far from easy. We faced heavy competition from nearby new construction and builder incentives, along with a challenging local inventory. Through every market shift and strategy discussion, Cheryl remained grounded, proactive and completely committed to getting my property sold. What sets Cheryl apart is her incredible level of personal dedication and service. When it came time for closing, I ended up pre-signing my paperwork four days early at the title office. Cheryl didn’t just let me go alone; she personally went with me to the title office to ensure every document was handled smoothly. Then, on the actual day of settlement, she went to the title office a second time to meet with the buyers and ensure they had all their questions answered before finalized signatures. That level of hands-on care, loyalty and attention to detail is rare. Superior Agent
I can’t say enough good things about working with Cheryl Yates. Before meeting Cheryl, I had my home listed with another company for 90 days, and unfortunately, very little was done to actually move the sale forward. When I met Cheryl, I explained that I felt it was important to move quickly and have a clear plan. She immediately took action. She connected me with contractors who helped get the home ready, arranged for professional photos the very next day, held an open house, sent out flyers, updated the CMA, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. The difference was incredible. Cheryl helped me sell my home in less than 30 days — after the other company had it for 90 days without getting the job done. Looking back, I honestly wish I had worked with Cheryl from the beginning. She was proactive, responsive, and truly understood what needed to be done to get the home sold.
