Brayden was extremely professional in the way he explained all the paperwork. He took the time to make sure my husband and I understood the process. He was respectful and patient when we asked a lot of questions. He listened to our concerns and even went along with my idea of listing our house at a higher price than he suggested or thought it would sell at. His knowledge was impressive. He gave me suggestions on how to stage our home and had a professional photographer take a large amount of pictures both inside and outside. Our home was on the market for 1 day and we sold it for the full asking price.
