I could not have picked a better agent to sell my condo! Lynn was terrific! Responsive, thorough, accurate and on the ball. Selling my condo in Florida from Indiana was a bit daunting! I basically chose Lynn because of all the excellent reviews she had online. I definitely won the lottery with Lynn! I couldn't have had a better agent to represent me long distance. Lynn made it easy and did it in record time. She lined up a contractor for me to fix a couple things at my condo, and was so attentive, you would have thought I was her only listing! I got the price I was hoping for, and she even discounted her percentage because the buyer was someone she brought to the table. Ms. Metcalf in my opinion is a very unscrupulous realtor and individual. In dealing with her on a property she had listed for sale and owned, she on two different occasions came back wanting to add money to a signed contract via of addendums for items that were not my responsibility. Ms. Metcalf was also supposed to bring a garage door opener to the closing but on the day of didn't have it claiming it was broken (no big deal). Since the sale I have met another individual who was considering using her for a home purchase but after declining to make an offer on either of the two homes she was shown, Ms. Metcalf became very agitated. Another issue worth mentioning is Ms. Metcalf calling one of my neighbors two months after the closing to ask them if I had received mail for her son. What! How would my neighbor know or care? My feeling is that if he was not competent enough to change a forwarding address he didn't need the mail.
