•Dawn helped me as a first time home buyer purchase my home and then a couple of years later helped me sell it too. She went above and beyond to get my house ready to sell, from mowing my grass, filling/sanding/painting a few chunky nail holes, cleaning up weeds. She did it all. It was such a relief to know that despite me being out of state she was going to make sure my house was move in ready. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and knows all the right people. I was losing hope that I would get this house sold and then she came along and got it done within a couple of months. I am forever grateful that a family member recommended her when I first started looking! Thank you for everything Dawn!
