Corie is one step ahead!

I’m grateful that we had a knowledgeable agent who not only knew the market very well, but also thought of things that had not even crossed my mind. She negotiated the seller pay our closing costs and even a termite treatment! On top of the seller dropping his selling price by $2500. The house we finally purchased was perfect for our needs.
