•I would definitely recommend Kim Knearem! I never felt pressured selling or buying. Kim always answered all of our questions by either text, email, or phone calls. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done ahead of schedule. We sold and closed on a home the same day and were able to move in within hours of selling our old home. That’s a big deal because we had hired a moving company and timing was everything. I will always use Kim because of her positive attitude and knowledge of the ever evolving real estate market. She was on top of everything. Kim Knearem is definitely my go to real estate agent and she should be yours also.
