Born in Britain and a proud US citizen, Asha has called Florida home since 2015, but her story begins long before that. After relocating to New York in 1999, she spent over a decade building a distinguished career in the Investment and Hedge Fund industry, developing deep expertise in Investor Relations, Marketing, and cultivating relationships with onshore and offshore High Net Worth clients. Her most notable role was at Karsch Capital Management, where she reported directly to the Portfolio Manager and collaborated closely with the CFO, COO, and Research Analysts. Her responsibilities spanned investor reporting, SEC filings, compliance documentation, tax preparation, graphic design, HR, and accounts payable, leveraging tools including Thomson Financial, QuickBooks, CRM platforms, and the full Microsoft Office Suite. She also organized high-profile client proposals, social and charitable events, and coordinated arrangements for distinguished guests including President Bill Clinton and Ira Sohn. In 2015, Asha made Florida home, initially working with a local Wealth Management Company while earning her Real Estate Sales Associate License. She is now a Licensed Real Estate Advisor with Keller Williams Realty Elite Partners II, serving buyers and sellers across Central Florida with over $14.6 million in career volume, including luxury listings over $1M. Her very first listing went under contract within 30 days. She is currently pursuing her Associate of Arts in Business Administration at Lake-Sumter State College, continuing to invest in the knowledge she brings to every client relationship. Outside of real estate, Asha is a devoted wife and mother of four. She loves cheering her kids on from the sidelines and staying active through their music, dance, and sports activities. Successful Sale in Difficult Market

Gloria, from the day I decided to sell, established a price based on data, marketed extensively on many sites including Facebook, made advertising available across the US, staged beautifully, arranged photos and movie, conducted open houses, interacted in personal and professional manner, and closed the deal without issue or flaw. She developed a relationship with the purchaser and completed the process through closure. Gloria was especially good at assuring all transaction matters were complete and all parties were satisfied. An energetic detail person and a relationship person in one.

Outstanding

There are so many things I could add here, I will just start out by saying Outstanding! If you are thinking about selling or already paired with an agent, I would suggest you...Stop! Contact Michelle, with a couple decades of experience, attention to detail, compassion and understanding of the entire stressful process, she is second to none. We had a complicated situation, purchasing a new home prior to sale of the an existing home. Michelle was thoroughly involved through the entire process of both transactions. Always available, ready to answer any questions, and her clients are her top priority. I have no doubt this experience would have been a stressful disaster for my wife and I without her support. We are now settled in our new home, the existing home has been sold and we are forever grateful for Michelle Ritson!
