10/10 because 5 stars isn’t enough!

We bought a lakefront property. It took a year to find it. Amber answered every phone call or responded to every text. Lakefront properties are tricky because of septic systems and setbacks and grandfather clauses. Amber knows all the questions to ask, she knows most of the answers, and will find the rest. Amber loves homes, she loves helping people buy their dream home, therefore is a great agent. If you want to sell your home or buy a home, you will not find a better, more detailed agent.

Very knowledgeable

Amber was a superb real estate agent. She worked extremely hard to get our home sold. She knew what we wanted and got the job done. If fact, only three days and it was sold. Very organized.

It is my personal honor to sing the praises of Amber Garchar

It is my personal honor to sing the praises of Amber Garchar, a competent professional and instant friend. She emailed listings daily to my son living in New York and moving to the Lake Norman area due to a job transfer. He was in North Carolina for three days and she found him the perfect home. I followed two months later and in a single day she found us exactly the ranch home we were looking for in the exact area and with the three car garage that was a priority for us. She was thorough, polite, professional and personable. She went way beyond what was required, handling the closing so we did not have to be there and even arranging for floors and carpeting to be installed before our arrival. I look forward to inviting Amber over to our home as she was definitely the first friend we made here in NC.
