Julie Katcef recently sold our house on Kent Island and helped us to buy our new house in Edgewater, MD. She helped us with every part of the process including getting our house ready to sell, helping us to stage it, open houses, negotiating with multiple potential buyers. She also helped us to move quickly to buy our new house as houses were flying off the market much more quickly than we expected. Julie was so responsive and was texting us first thing in the morning and was able to calm our nerves during this incredible process. I have not even mentioned that all of this was occurring from February - July 2020 during the pandemic. We are so grateful for Julie's steady hand throughout this process.
