I worked with Carol to buy my first home and it was a great decision
I worked with Carol to buy my first home and it was a great decision. I told her the area, type of house, and price range I was looking for and she made many recommendations that were spot on to what I was interested in viewing. Throughout the whole process, Carol informed me about the mortgage, inspection, appraisal, and insurance steps to make sure I was never taken advantage of. Carol was always quick to respond to all of my questions and tell me about any news. I highly recommend using Carol as your agent if you're in the market to buy a house.

I was very indecisive while looking for a house
I was very indecisive while looking for a house. Carol was the most patient and went above and beyond to show me houses and giving me her honest opinion. After finally choose my perfect house, Carol was with me all the way in every detail, explaining everything since this was my first time buying a house in Florida. While the closing were not possible at the last moment, Carol was there making calls and fighting for me and even cried with me with the frustration of the seller taking the property in bankruptcy on a Friday at 5pm. Monday morning of the following week, she was in charge and not giving up until we had the house we dream about and wanted so much. I will forever be grateful for her professionalism and tenacity to help us have our home. I know for sure that no matter the difficulties she will be with the customers until they get what they want. I highly recommend Carol Alomari. She is Awesome!!!

Being a first time home buyer and living out of state the process seem very daunting
Being a first time home buyer and living out of state the process seem very daunting. We couldn't visualize what was meant by 1300 sq. ft or 2500 sq. ft. homes and acreage, Mrs. Alomari showed us the difference in square footage to help us conceptualize the home size as well as the acreage. Once we found a home Mrs. Alomari held or hands and hearts throughout the entire process. There was an issue with the mortgage broker and she fought for us as though she was the one purchasing the home. She did our walk through for us before our closing, AWESOME. Once we in our home she didn't leave us, she helped us get acclimated to a new state as well as the in's and out's of home ownership. Her knowledge of the process is endless, we were so pleased and overjoyed that we recommended her to a friend who was looking for a home and in the same shoes we were in and now she is a home owner. Thank you Mrs. Alomari!

Diana Mahadeo is a pleasure to work with
Diana Mahadeo is a pleasure to work with. Me, my wife and my son are well pleased with her service. It is not easy to deal with an Out Of Town Listing Agent and Seller as well, but Diana made it seamless. She did not leave us hanging after the closing but saw to it that we got help such as; with the air conditioner, add another pantry, painting, and tile the master bedroom as well. She and her Team went above and beyond the call of duty. I know because previously I was a Realtor and knows the difference with her service. I highly recommend her based on our experience.

Fariba was FANTASTIC during the entire home...
Fariba was FANTASTIC during the entire home buying process. She responded early in the morning, any time during the day, and late at night regardless if it was via phone call, text, or e-mail. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know who is in the market to buying a home. She is on top of EVERYTHING! I will certainly have her at my realtor if we choose to move again.
