Avi Maganda helped me purchase a townhouse. Her service was excellent. She was able to provide information about Florida real estate, which was useful to me because I am a new resident n Florida, with very particular housing requirements. Avi was very responsive; she answered my questions promptly. She drove to housing sites, took pictures of townhouses and e-mailed them to me. After I selected a townhouse, she actively participated in walkthroughs, during which she noticed matters that the builder had overlooked. After closing, Avi took me to lunch and offered to provide further assistance to help me become familiar with the area. Avi's helpfulness goes beyond the ordinary responsibilities of a realtor.
