As a result of this process, the first new development he took us to is where we ended up buying our home. Scott was a great help from contract to closing and even beyond. We also really appreciated that from the time ground broke on our home, Scott would stop by our lot, take pictures and email them to us in order to let us know how things were going. Let me start by saying that Lucy was very professional and very patient at all times. We all know how stressful the process of buying a house can be, and Lucy would always be a call away with answers and specially with numbers. She only looked for houses that had the features we wanted, and she worked day and night to find our perfect home just 30 minutes away from Orlando. She has great sense of urgency when submitting offers and had great attention to detail st all times. Furthermore, she maintained communication with the lender, title company and seller at all times and always kept us informed throughout the process, she made the transaction go smoothly, and the whole process only took 45 days, and it would have been less if the house had been ready.
