Scott helped us purchase our first new construction home. With all the building going on in Central Florida we did not know where to begin. However, Scott was knowledgeable about new builds and patiently took the time to interview us to find out what we wanted. He answered all our questions. Even the questions he personally didn’t have an answer to, he was willing to go find the answer and get back to us. As a result of this process, the first new development he took us to is where we ended up buying our home. Scott was a great help from contract to closing and even beyond. We also really appreciated that from the time ground broke on our home, Scott would stop by our lot, take pictures and email them to us in order to let us know how things were going. That made us feel very much at ease. So, if you are looking for a worry-free experience in home buying, we highly recommend Scott as your realtor. You will not be disappointed!
