We did most of the work required. We were able to contact seller and work out deal. Underlings came out but not dressed to walk the land. Turn out the area is in elk management. They did not know. Added bonus tho!Great communication to check in. Was told the wrong ernest money amount but young team is learning. No keys for closing. Buyer came and signed early. Over all good experience. Continued requests for review. Now done We were given information on who to call i.e. power company, construction service which was helpful
