I wouldn't have believed I could get my house on the market so quickly, but with the assistance of Mary and her associates I was able to focus on the best way to prepare the house for showing - and she was spot-on! I had a great offer in less than a week, and the buyer expressly mentioned the recommended prep (basement clean-up and paint) as a big factor in her decision. Her team were amazing helping us find and purchase our new home. During the search they gave us a ton of knowledge about the properties and market. They were incredibly prompt to get us a showing when we were interested in a house too. When we did find the house we wanted, Mary and her team helped us negotiate and get our new house for a much more reasonable price. AFTER closing when we discovered that the sellers did not honor fixing some electrical work, Mary got an electrician out there the same day and covered it herself. She and her team really went the extra mile for us!
