Mary was very professional and had great knowledge regarding the housing market.
Mary did a great job of evaluating my property regarding things I should do to get it prepared for sale. They sold my property quickly at a great price. Very happy with the results. The closing was very quick and organized. Elite Reality did an amazing photo shoot of the property that ultimately got an accepted offer in 5 days. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Property valuation, service, sale
Mary did an excellent job of reviewing many properties and coming up with a price that was competitive but fair for our market. Our house sold to the third party who looked at it, and everything about the sale -- inspection, title search, closing -- went very smoothly. Whenever I had a question during the process, Mary's staff responded usually within minutes of my call. Mary and her staff performed above my expectations. I would happily recommend her and her company to my friends and family.

Best ever!

Pretty much routine until...
Our home search and purchase was mostly routine until the very end when something happened that could have, no would have, delayed the whole process and created a chain reaction of additional delays. Mary swung into action to develop a work around which would have resulted in no delay at all. Luckily, in the 11th hour, the schedule recovered and everything stayed on track and fell into place. But Mary was ready with a recovery if needed. For that we sincerely think her and her team.

Chippewa Falls sale.
The whole process went pretty fast and we sold for more than we could have expected, so that part was good. But there seemed to be a lack of communication between us, the realtors office and the title company. We initially thought it might have been a holdup on the part of the buyers, but turns out they had the same problem we had, no communication. We were extremely disappointed in the title company, couldn't get any answers unless we had Mary contact them. They couldn't have screwed up our and the buyers closings anymore if they had tried. If I were Elite Realty, I would find a different title company and a different sign company. Fast signs planted the for sale sign, and then every time the wind blew, there clips straightened out and the signs fell to the ground. After the third time I threw there clips in the garbage and put electrical tye wraps on and had no further issues.
