On short notice Mary set up a viewing schedule of 4 properties in one morning then coordinated a meeting with sellers for detailed questions. When we were ready to make an offer Mary stopped her schedule to help us shape and submit it. Mary has a lot of real estate experience and understands this market. She gives good advice and has many connections to get you through the home buying process successfully. In the past my husband and I have had negative experiences with home selling. We interviewed several realtors and decided to list with Mary Rufledt. Mary was very knowledgeable without being pushy, she was very familiar with market and trends. Mary not only reviewed comps and trends, she also provided us with some valuable resources, which may be necessary when selling (or even in your new home). It did not take long to realize that Mary is very passionate about real estate. We listed our home with the intention of being on the market for awhile, however we were pleasantly surprised when we received a full offer, no contingency within a week. Through the selling process we encountered an issue involving the previous listing agents and sellers. Mary went above and beyond to try to rectify the problem, even though the issue did not directly involve her. Due to her hard work and diligence we were able to proceed with closing on time. Mary Rufledt demonstrated professionalism from the first meeting onward by outlining the exposure her website connections would bring to the duplex along with the expectations for how quickly the duplex might be sold. During the showings Mary's office kept me informed and at any time I had questions, they were answered. Following showings we received offers on the property. Mary met with us to discuss the details of each offer. It was up to me as to the offer I accepted. Once this took place, Mary's office made all the arrangements for the closing.
