Buying our next home was another story. It was a For Sale By Owner, and the seller was honestly a nightmare to deal with. Between an attorney getting involved, threats, and endless back-and-forth, Julio had his patience tested! He handled it professionally and even negotiated credits that saved us quite a bit of money.
