•I had the pleasure of working with Youbel with a mutual client. The best experience I have had with a realtor was with him. I own an estate planning law firm and was handling the probate matter for an estate. Youbel was the listing agent on the property in the estate that needed to be sold. He was patient, very knowledgeable on all matters including inspections and the intricacies of the estate sale (which is a pretty complicated process). He went out of his way to accommodate the client and was very upfront and honest with her about fees and how the real estate sale ties in with the probate court case. I am very humbled by his professionalism and eagerness to help clients. Highly recommend!
