Dave Luzi has sold 2 houses for us, 12 years apart. Both times, we were out of state and worried about leaving an empty residence on its own. Dave took our worries away. He is very experienced as a realtor and just gets it when it comes to customer service. He kept us informed at every step, and went above and beyond when we needed someone local to step in to handle problems. We trust him, and that is why we hired him a second time. His Partner Heather Turri is awesome as well. Same kind of work ethic and dedication to the seller we absolutely needed. If we had more property to sell in CT, we would not hesitate to hire either Dave or Heather again. Knowledgeable of the market trends, pricing influence, and what is needed and not needed to get your house sold, Dave and Heather gave us great confidence in their abilities to handle whatever came up. When you are selling, you want 2 things: to sell fast and at the best price you can. With Dave and Heather, you can get both.
