I struggle to find correct and concise words to explain just how positive my family’s experience working with Joel has been. As first time homebuyers, we went into our real estate journey with so many questions and concerns. Joel took the time to get to know us, our expectations and priorities, and do everything he could, start to finish, to support us. Joel is the type of person who you trust immediately, without a shadow of a doubt, has your best interest in mind. His encyclopedic knowledge helped streamline our homebuying experience and he had a keen eye for details we might have otherwise missed about the homes and communities we were viewing. He also connected us with trusted members of his network that we have overwhelmingly positive experiences working with. Good people know good people! Joel is kind and knowledgeable and patient - A friendly professional who we always looked forward to seeing, talking to, and working with.
