•It had been 30 years since Judy and I bought a house, and we'd forgotten a few things. We met Gretchen - and other realtors - while attending open houses, and liked her immediately. When we finally decided to get serious, we called Getchen and met with her soon after. She was knowledgeable about the market, the neighborhoods we were interested in, and the whole search and purchase process. She listened carefully to what we wanted in a new or different house, and asked good questions to draw us out. Great attitude and sense of humor - and then she found a house that was almost everything we'd mentioned, within two weeks of our initial meeting. She helped us through the offer, inspection, and negotiations, and when our offer was accepted, she was as happy as we were. We had an easy closing, and can't imagine an agent could be more helpful or fun to work with. We highly recommend Gretchen; once we move and get our current house fixed up a bit, we'll work with Gretchen again to sell it.
