My husband Robert and I worked with Kevin to sell a house that belonged to my father. It was our first time having to deal with estate matters; we were anxious and having to learn things as we went. On top of all that, we had a considerable amount of work to do on the property and were initially very discouraged. I can honestly say that we never would have had the success we did had it not been for Kevin’s engagement. He was upbeat and positive right from the start and immediately saw the property’s potential. Rather than dwelling on the challenges, like we were doing, he pointed out all of the good things the property had to offer. He knew there was a family out there that would be thrilled to be the new owners. Kevin explained the process so that we could understand what to expect and alleviated our fears. And he gave us terrific advice on how to best prepare the property for the pending sale. Kevin made it a point of keeping the lines of communication open at all times. He was always available when I had questions and passed on new information as it came in. And he found the ideal buyers very soon after the property listed. They were so happy with their purchase and we were happy knowing that the place was going to a family that would really enjoy it. Working with Kevin really felt like a partnership. Kevin was an excellent resource for us as we shopped in the Cross Lake area. He provided great insight during our search process. In addition, he was very patient with us as we looked at dozens of properties. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the area and cabins/lake homes in general. He guided us through the complete process, from the searches to the close. Kevin is also a man of integrity. He is a man of his word.
